Cromwell College is accredited to deliver the Taxi qualifications, Level 2 Certificate in Taxi and Private Hire Driver and Level 2 NVQ Certificate Road Passenger Vehicle Driving. We are happy to present our new face-to-face or remotely delivered courses.

Both qualifications are nationally recognised and a mandatory requirement for a significant number of local Taxi licence-issuing offices in the UK. We are one of the UK’s industry-led providers, and qualified trainers provide our training. We have trained over 1000 drivers in the last few years.

These courses are ideal for any driver new to the industry or existing drivers wishing to gain an industry-recognised qualification. For example, our course meets the Level 2 training requirements for Preston, Barrenly, Chorley, Pendle Borough, South Ribble, Ribble Valley Borough Council, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Southampton, Sheffield, Woking, Guildford, East Hampshire, Lincoln, North East Lincolnshire, London and many other towns and cities that require this qualification as part of their licensing application process. The course also meets the mandatory requirements for local councils and Taxi/Private hire licensing offices.

The course also meets the English Language requirements of Transport for London (PCO). Existing drivers have until September 2020 to submit their evidence.
